The Williams Direct Dryers™ Food Grade Line was engineered specifically for the Food Processing & Food Production Industry. Every part of The Williams Food Grade Line has been, especially thought through with careful and thorough consideration. WDD anticipated the everyday usage of these built-tough machines.
Made of stainless steel
WDD implemented the use of stainless steel as part of their new Food Grade Drying System Line as it is corrosion-resistant, rust-resistant and stain-resistant when exposed to water. Steel grade used: SAE 304 stainless steel. Comparatively, not very electrically or thermally conductive, and is non-magnetic. In relation to regular steel, it has a higher corrosion resistance. WDD decided SAE 304 stainless steel would be the most suitable.
Wash down safe
WDD Food Grade Drying Systems are designed with being wash down friendly in mind. Electrical components are located at or close to top of dryer which doesn’t interfere with the wash down process. The Williams Food Grade line allows for interior/exterior self-draining. Excess water easily flows out of designated drains.
Offers stable air flow to ensure complete drying
WDD Dryers offers stable air flow to ensure complete drying. This makes certain, boots are not damaged by inconsistent temperatures. If boots are exposed to high heat, materials will break down therefore causing damage. In turn, this increases the lifespan of footwear.
